Free and User-Friendly App Download the Fitdays app from the App Store or Google Play, ensure your Bluetooth is on, register your data, and accept the privacy policies. Tap your foot on the scale to activate the screen, wait until it shows 0.0, and then place your bare feet on the metal bars. The number will flash as the scale analyzes the data, and the app will display your weight, BMI, body fat, and other metrics.
